1. Eligibility for Exchange: a. We only offer exchanges for defective items. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for an exchange. b. Please note that general dissatisfaction with the product, sizing issues, or change of mind are not eligible for exchanges.

3. Conditions for Exchange: a. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the defective item. Any requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. b. You must provide a video proof of the product clearly showing the defect. This will assist us in evaluating the issue and processing your exchange request. c. The defective item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met. d. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a similar item of equal value or provide you with a store credit.

2. Return Process: a. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at . Provide them with your order number, a brief description of the defect, and attach the video proof. b. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions. c. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or ask you to arrange for a pickup of the defective item. The cost of return shipping will be covered by I<we. d. Once we receive the defective item and verify the defect, we will process your exchange promptly.

  1. Non-Exchangeable Items: as per our shop policy none of the items can be  exchanged unless they are defective.

  2. Refunds: a. We do not offer refunds for exchanges. If you are eligible for an exchange and the same item is not available, we will offer a store credit that can be used towards a future purchase.
