EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.

3. The products original tags to be intact.

4. In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference. 

5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand.

6. Website Wallet is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

7. A charge of Rs. 100 will be levied on the client for a exchange order as shipping cost.

8. The shipping period for products in normal days will be 7-8 working days nationally.

9. No Exchange is provided for the products sold during sale/promotions

REFUND POLICY

1. We process refunds in the form of website wallet in the case of exchanged orders and in the case of cancelled orders, payments are refunded back to the source account.

2. No refunds are provided for products sold during any Sale/promotions.

3. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the return order
